At High Desert Dubia Farm, we stand behind the quality of our products. All Priority mail orders come with a live arrival guarantee. If your order does not arrive as promised, please email us photo evidence within 2 hours of delivery.

Winter Advisory

During the winter months, some orders may arrive initially lifeless. Dubias can enter a hibernative state in cold temperatures. Rest assured, they will recover within 2 to 4 hours after delivery when placed in warmer conditions.
